The HTRC team made the final release for 3.0 on Feb 27 2015. This version addresses problems found during the 3.0 Beta test period which started on Jan 23 2015, as well as adding adds an improved user account registration process. Over 50 corrections were made by the HTRC team during the Beta test, thanks . Thanks to everyone who reported a problem or made a suggestion.
