HTRC Analytics is inaccessible the second week of every month, from 7 5 a.m. ET Sunday through at least 12 p.m. ET Monday during routine, planned maintenance. HTRC services are unavailable during this time, including the HTRC Analytics site and Data Capsules environment. In 2021 2024 maintenance will happen on:

- February 1411-1512
- March 710-911
- April 1114-1215
- May 1612-1713
- June 139-1410
- July 1114-1215
- August 911-1012
- September 128-139
- October 1013-1114
- November 1410-1511
- December 128-139
Prior to maintenance, data capsule users should make sure any data they imported or created while in secure mode that they wish to retain is stored on the drive called secure_volume.
